Interim Team Management

Over many years of working in the Financial Interim markets we have developed relationships with a selection of smaller risk / regulatory consultancies able to undertake multiple assignments and larger programmes of work on a fixed cost delivery basis. The benefits of employing a team of specialists without incurring the costs associated with the larger management consultancies can be worth considering.

Interim Associate Pool

In addition to supplying Interim managers to work with our clients, we also work with a number of small to medium sized management consultancies offering portfolios of self employed Interim managers on an “associate pool” basis. This allows smaller consultancies in particular the ability to tender for larger contracts without incurring permanent staffing costs.
